Return and Exchange Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace or return the product provided by the store within two days from the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to replace the product after two days. 2- To return or exchange the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or gained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety. 3- The consumer bears the costs of the return or exchange process, and in the case of international return, the consumer bears the full shipping costs and the delivery of the product to the shipping company, and if there are defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. 4- If the customer did not receive the shipment from the shipping company, the shipment will be returned to us, and upon receiving the unreceived shipment from the shipping company, it will be sorted within two days to eight working days, and the amount will be refunded minus the outbound and return shipping fees of 40 riyals. The consumer is not entitled to return or exchange if a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer.
